The Process
While I am not licensed to make tax recommendations, I do work with advisors who
can. On these links however, there are many things you can do to start your own
self-evaluation, then bring me in on it. Otherwise, we can begin the process
together. A quote is just a quote. It's not the end of the process. Sometimes
there are multiple rounds of determining which products suit the individual
case.
Consulting to you is distinguished
from "learning on
your own" where I help you understand the difference between products
and how you might benefit from those differences. No fee by you is ever paid for my consulting
services,
as all of the companies I represent pay commissions for the work I do on your behalf.
My appointments are generally
two-part. The first visit is an informational visit, and designed to learn what your goals are and to talk with you more in detail about the
follow up appointment. Between the two appointments, I evaluate your
requirement. During the second I reconfirm your goals and make a presentation,
based upon your initially stated needs, or take into consideration your further
thoughts on the issues and make plans to reconvene any additional meeting. There
is never any pressure.
Processes I use help

future income. I assist with financial projections so your family or
business can continue
to earn
a
monthly income if the family breadwinner or Key Person at your business cannot provide it, due to death or disability.

I want to
get to know the needs my clients have, so that I
do not recommend products which are not suitable for my clients. To accomplish this, I meet with
clients in their home or office to see what is important to them. In
our initial meeting, I get a good picture of their situation, including: coverage they already have and why
they originally chose that, to identify any suitable companion products
that may cover the gaps, or reduce overlaps based upon their current
needs.
I
don't sell products but instead practice what I call Preventative
Insurance, by
performing pre-need evaluations
and personal
risk assessments.
This
enables me to make the best recommendation
I can.
