From these efforts & investments, a favorable environment is created in the public forum, in government offices and in the mind of the voter, to inspire and to support the goals & concepts. From that outcome, we are able to raise money from the private sector, to make the investment in study and planning to create the start up of a new housing development or remodel properties. Investors will earn a solid return on their invested dollars. This will be accomplished by using investment dollars to build housing for the Upper Income. The balance of the profits from the sale of these properties after repaying the investors for their support will be retained by our corporations to build the housing for the Middle, Moderate and Lower income classes of home buyers.
