Some land, which a non-profit development wishes to make available to at less than market prices to serve a certain segment of society, the County is willing to work with to prioritize as a development project and approve a project quickly, rezoning it where practical and appropriate, as needed for the project.
Based on this premise, Prospective Homeowners Association will make requests for quick approval and rezoning to the applicable county departments, for our goals.
