Process of fundraising through membership & sales of life insurance, 
and funding by donation of cash & property in exchange for life insurance, 
which will be used for:
 

  1. Contacting potential supporters of Obtainable Homes for the Upwardly Mobile
  2. Become a member of PHA
    1. What do I get for my donation? You get to see the project hit the ground and begin building faster than if you had not donated, because of your contribution. 
  3. It is not a tax-deductible donation, because we educate the elected powers and bureaucracy.
  4. Purchase a life insurance policy, or sponsor the purchase of a life insurance policy, the proceeds of which will go to fund the start up of the development fund, upon your passing.
  5. Budget for expenditures:
    1. Cost of Operations: Home Buyers Group (HUM)
      1. Salary for development consultant
      2. Name(s) registration with the county
      3. Taxes - county
      4. License - business
      5. Business computer/telephone/fax/office supplies
    2. Research & Development Fund
      1. Fees of other consultants
        1. Concept development - verify, prove, enhance
        2. Prime the pump, mine for gold
      2. Permits, zoning
      3. Legal, Realtors
      4. Identifying stakeholders and approaching them
      5. Hiring stakeholders and office staff
      6. Identifying land & landowners
      7. Re-zoning applications
      8. Traffic analysis
      9. Environmental impact reports
      10. Lining up and negotiating with building manufacturers and getting contractors on board.
    3. Marketing, networking with groups, negotiating (PHA)
    4. Re-investment of any amount over these costs for development of the future non-profit (HRU) and for-profit (CPR)
    5. Any funds gained by the bill of sale for homes, will actually go to buy more land, for the development of addtitional attainable homes as well as some to be sold at slightly below market rate, to earn money for further development.
