(626) 414-4127 Except for the advice of many who've "come to and through" and those few who've stayed with the plan, I've worked alone and independently to produce this. However, much of the information developed has come from consultations with experts in the various fields of endeavor which affect these plans. Jose Hernandez has also been a great help to me over the years by lending an ear to bounce these ideas off of and giving me good feedback. I used to sit on the Homeownership Committee for the Housing and Community Development Department, as an advisor to the Santa Barbara County Board of Supervisors. I will be listing the names of volunteers, working committee participants and board members from a link here, if people who are participating so request.
