Letter to Manufactured Housing Construction Companies                                      March 16, 2012

Want to open a new plant in the Inner City?

Interested in selling more new homes?

Dear Pre-fabricated Building Manufacturer:

We are an association of individuals and organizations fighting for the development of more affordable housing. As the founder and director, I am in the process of obtaining a manufactured homes broker license, so that I can buy homes and resell to members.

We are looking to not only install new manufactured homes, but used frames as well. Then we will hire local contractors to finish them as commercial buildings, for either retail, wholesale, business offices, or manufacturing. We will also develop larger pieces of property, where zoning will allow, ideally eventually with hundreds of homes.

While our focus is on affordable residential, we are very interested in building multi-use buildings, commercial mixed with residential. We are also interested in providing smaller homes as granny flats in existing neighborhoods.

Please visit our website, and then get in touch with me at your convenience to discuss the opportunity to provide your homes to our buyers in Santa Barbara, Los Angeles & Ventura Counties, California.

We're interested in your use of materials that follow "Green Standards" and are well-insulated. We will be interested in adding at least solar power for an added feature, so building materials must be able to withstand the integration of alternative energy systems.

I am looking for a few good general contractors who are experienced with installations of manufactured housing and with "stick-built". I am also looking for correctly-zoned land. If you are a general contractor, please click hereIf you are a developer, manufactured home dealer, project manager or construction consultant, please click here. For Granny Flats, I am looking for a building that may be 2-story, approximately 15x20 for the first floor.

Thank you,
