| How does your membership feel about environmentally-sound
development, to create housing that's affordable for the middle class in
Santa Barbara. Do you have any ideas or feedback about our ideas?
Our organization wants to create homes (not tract housing) that are
based in the existing neighborhoods that are sustainable,
environment-enhancing and primarily for the middle class. If we develop a
new neighborhood, it would be based on a European small village design,
with mixed commercial/residential and many community spaces.
We are looking for other organizations who could endorse our ideas
