We would appreciate the help, if you can please consider lending your name, ideas, resources, time or financial support to ProspectiveHomeowners.com.

We ask because we want you to be able to afford to live in Los Angeles, Ventura or Santa Barbara County, in the city of your choice. We don’t want you to have to commute to work everyday, any farther than you want to.

We want to represent your interests in the City Halls and County offices. In order for us to do so, we need your support. Please visit www.ProspectiveHomeowners.com and register that support by printing this survey and faxing/mailing it back to us. That way, we can take your message to the government and the other represented groups of citizens, such as preservationists, conservationists, agricultural interests, neighborhood homeowner associations, naturalists and environmentalists.

You may have some of the same interests as these other groups, but there’s no reason you should be left out of the equation, as you have been for so many years. These other groups do not represent your attainable housing goals and interests directly. Only ProspectiveHomeowners.com will do that, and only that, on your behalf. We can all live side by side.

Prospective Homeowners who want to pay less than a Three-Hundred Thousand dollars for a home are the one group in Santa Barbara County that isn’t already represented by another organization except your realtor. But your realtor doesn't manufacture housing. Ask your realtor to support our effort to create more accessible housing.
