The following processes are happening in parallel and at the same time

Group Land Contractors Buyers Finance Homes Green Landscape
Establish the home buyers club & development of responsible parties for all functions outlined in this action plans by supplying memberships, in order to facilitate costs for planning.  Identify Landowners who want to improve their land and receive more income for it, as well as those who are willing to partner to make homes available to the Middle Class. Identify General & Subcontractors to do the work necessary to establish both the village and the homes themselves on the land. Contractors must be willing to work with co-op housing development teams Establish core group of potential owners who will meet and take on organizational responsibilities. Memberships with skilled individuals so that "sweat equity" may be used to reduce the cost of buying into any home purchase contract. Develop relationship with home financing company to provide 2-step financing for project and home buyers who are members of the housing co-op. Identify Manufacturers & Dealers of specific kinds of homes that will use as little of a footprint as possible, which is necessary to save land.  Utilize the sun, wind, rain, gray water and other techniques as components to reduce importation of non-locally produced energy. Restoration of Natural habitats for the benefit of local species will occur, while the homes will be developed in a village style, not a tract.
