We would like to find a certain set of skills in the
Middle Class people we sell homes to
(initially, so that the first development will go up quicker)

(This would enable these individuals to provide "sweat equity" to build the next development(s),
to "pay" for the benefit of purchasing a home at perhaps 50% of market value; not a discount)
It would also ensure they can afford to service the mortgage expense
(Mortgage expense is determined by income level)
Note: These aren't positions of employment, nor will we be duplicating the work performed by subcontractors. All who work on the project do so either as a member of the Home Buyers' Club, Mutual Benefit Society or a member of the Limited Equity Housing Co-operative, and therefore a part-owner/shareholder working for self-benefit.

There are other tasks/jobs/projects that need to be bid on, depending upon the size and style of the development. That would include mixed use commercial, community areas, roads, landscaping, community buildings, wiring for smart homes and electricity outside of pre-wired manufactured buildings.

We are not giving anything away - people will earn a discount. There are some of the tasks that need to be performed, before & after pre-fabricated homes are set up, from the notes of two different housing manufacturers:

List of Items expected to do on a regular set up:
