Homes for the Upwardly Mobile (A Home Buyers Club) is the
"Pre-incorporation" stage of the Prospective Homeowners Association
(A Mutual Benefit Society)

Upon the successful conversion at this stage, PHA will develop into a mutual benefit society
with it's mission to exist forward in time as a homeowners association

After that stage, it will develop 2 Equity Co-ops: a Limited & a Market

• This stage consists of rounding up resources, while introducing the project to individual, organizational and corporate stakeholders, and as such necessarily includes activities such as:
  • Fundraising, for the purpose of:
    • Obtaining resources to hire consultants for analyzing the start of the project
  • Identifying costs of performing contracts with consultants for this purpose
  • Locate potential donors of services, supplies, equipment, general overhead
  • Determine best qualified consultants to work with on a paid contract basis
  • Preparing for the Second Stage of the project
