I am in the process of educating the local community on the plans and benefits of Prospective Homeowners Association and it's affiliated entities (Competitively Priced Residences and Homes for the Rest of Us). 

I am also looking for a like-minded existing California non-profit to take this concept under its wings and help to foster its development and mutually benefit from common actions and resources. I would like to create an IRS subchapter 905 entity under an existing 501(c)(3). (Please review concepts for corporate entities here), if it's possible that another non-profit has a mandate in its charter and IRS designation to build housing for other than just lower and moderate income groups.

I am calling to set appointments to meet with general contractors, architects, project planners and local  business owners, managers and employees, to introduce these concepts and educate them on the benefits of participating, both for their business and their employees.

What I am also looking for are those experts who may become paid consultants, and members of our three different boards of directors, potentially an angel investor, or financier/donor to help start the building project by giving the funds to get the legal and financial groundwork laid. (The project is otherwise self-sustaining) In the process of doing so, I am communicating with other community stakeholders and working to establish the fund for its development and a board of directors.
