Board of Directors
This project, "Homes for the Upwardly Mobile" has 3 boards of directors, as follows:

We are in the process of forming our boards of
directors
One will be for each of our non-profit entities, as the developer and
the advocacy group; and the other will be our for-profit entity, the real
estate investment & management company, mortgage and loan company. (We have
not released the names for the for-profit entity yet, or for the other
non-profit).
I would like the not-for-profit board to consist of community representatives who have connections to the various constituencies we are interested in serving: firefighters, police, teachers, charity workers, seniors, farm workers, etc.
Non-profit board members will be expected to donate and raise money for the organization, and will be provided E&O liability coverage for their work in relation to the organization.
