"It's not just about an organization; but it is about a process."

Why do I say "it's not just about an organization, but it is about a process"? Because there are multiple processes, some singular and linear, some running parallel to others. There are also multiple organizations that will form for various purposes. The purposes for which the organizations are forming will in some cases overlap, while in other cases, the result from one will merge into the beginning process of another.

So, while it is about forming and managing organizations, at various steps in the time line, the practical application is that they all form a continuous process to obtain the common goal.

For example: Homes for the Upwardly Mobile (HUM) forms the basis for starting all of the processes

HUM is the starting point, where all resources begin to accumulate.

At the same time, even the sum of these organizations cannot do it all on their own. It will take community participation, in the form of qualified and experienced real estate investors, stakeholders and landowners to create the establishment for the primary activities. It will also take the political will of the persons who desire to improve their lives, to fight for their rights in the public arena.

Qualified and Experienced Real Estate Investors; while they cannot also be homebuyers, will hold up one leg.

The output from the work of HUM for the basis for the input of the work of Prospective Homeowners Association (PHA)

Prospective Homeowners Association is the crux upon which all else revolves.

The work of each organization is crucial to the outcome of the whole process.

HRU, as a non-profit will ultimately control all the development assets, until the co-operatives take responsibility for their own individual purview.

Because building and property development is created for two primary income levels, the activities need to be separated on a corporate level.

CPR will develop properties that will not otherwise be in the purview of HRU, IE: Homes for Middle to Upper Income buyers.

The purpose underlying the entire goals of the organizations is to create equity and pride at all levels of an ownership society.

For one level of buyers, based on their income, equity will be accrued over time, but not the degree that it may for Upper Income buyers in the Market Equity Co-op.

Each buyer group will participate in shared efforts and individual rewards and risks, as pertains to their group.

For another level of buyers, who commit more resources in the beginning, a MEC defines their benefits.
