  • Design homes that can be built from specifications already decided upon (over-planted, passive solar)
  • Survey and plot potential building area on lots and acreage, depending upon how many units might appropriately fit on subject land.
  • Grade soil and prepare for foundation(s)
  • Connect plumbing, sewage and electric lines to County services
  • Pour foundations and driveways
  • Install framing (Stick-built or prefabricated manufactured housing frames, delivered & set up frame only)
  • Determine appropriate siding and roofing as befits the existing neighborhood (IE: stucco, tile, etc)
  • Receive and install siding, insulation, roofing, wallboard and ceiling tiles
  • Connect all wiring and plumbing from lines laid on property
  • Landscape the small private yard, porch, driveways, patio(s) & any common areas between properties
  • Add decking and / or fencing or walls as needed
  • Add solar panels to property and connect to hot water tank and develop passive solar heating; add wind power technology where suitable (making sure to protect birds from windmill blades)
  • Show and sell interest in property to qualified first-time homebuyers
