Offer to Purchase exists to Members of Prospective Homeowners Association

We have many different models of homes to choose from, depending upon your budget, and the size of the space of the property you want to place the home on. We have different amenities, numbers of rooms, baths, types of garages, different floor plans and single and double stories.

This Offer to Purchase Homes from Competitively Priced Residences (CPR) is Reserved for Members of Prospective Homeowners Assoc. and "Homes for the Rest of Us". To buy a home from CPR, Click here & Join Prospective Homeowners Association

Homes for the Rest of Us (HRU)
is a separate organization from Prospective Homeowners Association. However, CPR's objectives will not be reached without the support of that public advocacy group. HRU's goals of supplying homes to lower-income families and individuals will not be reached without financial support from CPR. (See income flow to HRU on the organizations' chart).

If the public, or you as a potential buyer is serious (as they seem to be when we make rounds to discuss these ideas with them), then the public/you must support Prospective Homeowners Association with their/your pocketbook to ensure its and our success.

PHA needs to develop its member base for the purpose of being a strong community organization, which we support, so that it can lobby, advocate and promote affordable housing. PHA requires fund for the following purposes of fund-raising, in order to have proceeds to:

Join with PHA and advocate on its/your own behalf. (There is a lot of educational work to be done for the public and the government (administrative & elected) officials, to support opening up of strategically-located lands for environmentally-conducive small developments, for affordable homes.

Please support this work. Thank you, Gary Cook

While we are maintaining a waiting list for others not on the priority list,
initial reservations that are included with membership in PHA are available for 3 reasons:

  1. To build up a simple operating fund to cover the basic costs of operation, and

  2. Because the earnings from sales to those who can afford a little more will underwrite sales to those who can afford a little less.

  3. While we'd like to ensure the “kinds of career people” PHA wants to support (see below), which we believe should live in the major, higher-priced cities, beginning with Emergency Personnel (in case of disaster, we want these folks living here); we want to assure other Middle Class buyers that we are open to selling them their first home as well! (see membership for PHA here). It is a first-come, first served basis.
