Sell your land outright to Competitively Priced Residences
We want to buy your land for CASH*, or, if you do not want to sell your land, as an enticement we offer you a joint venture to develop the property, then we'll sell it to one or more of our clients, and obtain more money for your land than you would have realized without buildings! (*Otherwise, if you'd like to personally finance the sale of it to our organization, we'd possibly be interested in purchasing it over time, to save our short term cash so it's available to improve your property or purchase additional land).
Partner with Competitively Priced Residences to build homes on your existing property
If we joint venture the project, you will receive the same price as we agree on for a land sale, plus up to an additional 25% income from the profits of the project! All you have to do is to put up the land and we will do all the rest. (Click to see what we will do)
Donate your land to our affiliate Homes for the Rest of Us (HRU) for development of homes for lower-income, or lower-middle income individuals!
If you donate real property (land/lots), HRU may provide benefits in return:
Tax write-off (pending the IRS' approval of HRU's non-profit 501(c)(3) application), or our becoming a Subchapter 905 under another 501(c)(3).
In return for your donation, HRU can purchase a life insurance policy equal to the value of your land donation, which will be made out to the benefit of your heirs. (If you qualify for the insurance; or perhaps we can find someone whose life would qualify, for your benefit - such as another supporter. Your heirs would then pay no estate income taxes on the proceeds of the life insurance policy, compared to the potential estate taxes on the land you might have otherwise bequeathed).
You may have an income tax reduction, where if you had otherwise sold the property, you would have to pay taxes on the income.
